I hope you’ll stop by again as time goes on I plan to share some
delicious recipes with you here, all wholesome, lower in fat and
calories than your typical fare, not to mention gluten free.
Our family began seeking the gluten free lifestyle in October 2012
after I suffered a multitude of gastrointestinal problems for well over
two years, including an actual surgery date to have my gallbladder
removed. I am happy to say that I still have all of the parts that God
gave me, and I’ve not felt this wonderful in forever. I was never
diagnosed, but I believe that I have gluten sensitivity (not Celiac).
In
any case, all of my recipes will be gluten free, from the appetizers to
desserts, all kitchen tested by me, taste tested by my whole family.
