Our Welcome Mat

Hi Y’all!
Welcome to our
Living the
Incredibly amazing
Family
Experience

Pull up a chair and join us as we make our way through the best years of our lives.
One of the first things I am sure you’ll notice is the NASCAR cars strewn from the living room back through the back of the house. Tsk, no worries, the vacuum still gets ran daily, even if the furniture doesn’t get dusted regularly.

You’ll notice a quirky mix of anally kept collections mixed in haphazard stacks of homeschooling paperwork and mismatched dishes. I kind of like it that way – its a nice reflection of where I started and how far I have come, realizing that a home is not just a showplace, but a haven in which I am blessed to grow and nurture my family, where time demands to be chosen to either be used playing a game of hide and seek or to do a load of dishes. It took me a while to learn that the dishes will wait, but that beautiful little boy will keep growing whether I am hugging him or have my back turned to him. But now that I’ve learned? Those dishes will always be what’s left waiting.

We’re a house where we spend all the time God gives us together…together.
