On March 7, 2016, both my husband and I started the Whole30 program. The first week showed a cumulative loss of 26 pounds and life changing benefits.

While we're doing the plan "our way" (i.e. not following all of the 'don't weigh for 30 days' and 'no snacking' rules), we are following the food rules and reaping the benefits. Feel free to follow our adventure!
